1.1 Your contractual training period will be for a total of 3 to 12 months.

1.2 During this period, your performance and contributions will be regularly evaluated.

2.1 Work will be conducted online (Work from Home).

2.2 The work hours will be from __9.30_ AM to _6.30__ PM, including break time.

3.1 It is mandatory to complete assigned tasks on time and with integrity.

3.2 You must adhere to the company’s rules and policies.

3.3 You are strictly prohibited from sharing any confidential company information with unauthorized individuals.

4.1 During this 12-month training period, you will receive a monthly stipend of ₹__as Decided in mail_.

4.2 To receive payments on time, you must submit work reports regularly.

5.1 You must ensure the safety and confidentiality of the company’s data and sensitive information.

5.2 Any misuse of company data will lead to disciplinary action.

6.Salary will be deducted for the non-presence day .

6.2 Prior notice is mandatory for any absence, If notice is not given then leaves will be counted in place of one.

7.1 At the end of the contract period, your performance will be reviewed.

7.2 Based on excellent performance, you may be offered a full-time position in the company.

8.1 Engaging in activities that harm the company’s reputation will lead to disciplinary action.

8.2 Any act of indiscipline will result in a warning, and in severe cases, termination of the contract.

9.1 Either the company or the employee can terminate the contract with a 30-day notice period.

9.2 In case of termination, the final stipend will be paid as per company policy.

10.1 In case of any disputes, the decision of the company management will be final and binding.

10.2 All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
